Two of the driving coaches we worked with have years of experience and skill with this age group of kids that they work with. They provided instruction on things for both of us to concentrate on improving and how to get better. We had issues with drifting to the right and they talked with us both and my daughter gained confidence and improved and passed the driving test with no problems. Several of my daughter's friends went through the Northwest Driving Academy LLC located in Bossier City and all of us would highly recommend considering using them.

Before the test even began, Ms. Dazetta Williams mentioned she had recently been in a car accident and was still in pain. While I understand that, it seemed to affect how she conducted my test and made the environment feel tense and uncomfortable. During the road test, she pressed the brake multiple times in situations that were not life-threatening, even though the instructions stated that intervention should only happen when necessary for safety. The first time, I was backing up in a parking lot and was already watching the curb carefully when she suddenly braked. The second time, I was slowing down at a safe distance behind another vehicle, and she braked before I had the chance to fully stop. The final time, I was preparing to make a left turn on a blinking yellow arrow. I stayed behind the white line and was waiting for a safe gap in traffic. As I began to ease forward slightly to prepare for the turn, she abruptly braked again before I even entered the intersection. After that, I was told I failed because of the last situation, even though I had not actually made an unsafe move. I feel like I was not given a fair opportunity to demonstrate my driving ability. The constant braking and grabbing the wheel made me nervous and interfered with my performance. As a new driver, I understand I'm still learning, but I was driving cautiously and trying to follow the rules. I believe I deserved a chance to correct any minor mistakes rather than being failed immediately. After investing a significant amount of money into this course, this experience was very discouraging. I contacted Louisiana Driving School Complaints and you will be going down.
