I make this point because I have been to some tile shops in the Charleston area and the attitude and snobbery of the staff stink. Some places even ask if I scheduled an appointment. Not here, all the staff were down to earth and knew the products inside and out. They assist with thoughts plans and ideas giving constructive opinions as needed. They have a massive high end inventory of all sorts of tile and the equipment to install it. They spend time with the customer until the customer is satisfied.
