I didn't allow the tech to look into my mouth as I just had surgery and it's sooo sore and uncomfortable and I'm terrified of the dentist office ..I ended up leaving crying. I got yelled at .. told by Sara I wasn't allowed to talk .. she overspoke me and then started yelling at me in front of her tech .. I didn't understand previously the conversation we had had and the reason why she was trying to extract another tooth.. I have had a rough financial situation recently and dental is expensive for me. Because I wasn't able to stay on timeline, she expected me to ignored when I called the Emergency emergency lines.. I was judged And ridiculed when I asked for antibiotics because my tooth was infected the same same tooth I needed to have extracted. I came in today to have a temporary filling filled, and I ended up leaving just after four days of oral surgery in tears. Sarah actually accused me of being rude to her staff after I was ignored and deflected several times by then.. I can see now this is a financial issue and I was being judged because I don't have the money. I didn't deserve that I didn't deserve to leave crying just after surgery. Please steer clear . I've never had interaction with such a disrespectful judgemental providerr .. ever. I told her I think I just misunderstood but I'm being yelled at because I got 3 teeth pulled and misssd one because I thought it could be saved... ridiculous
