Be very careful with this Company. Great at first, responsive and did a good job installing but if you start having problems with woodpeckers filling the gutters with acorns, things start to change. We have tried to get rid of the woodpeckers with many different things, but they keep coming and other then killing them, which is against the law, they keep coming back each year.
This year, after calling for them to come clean, they said they'd write up a work order and call back to set up an appt. They never did. I called and left several messages and finally when Jeff called me back he was accusatory, argumentative and rude. He blamed us for the problem when all we wanted was the company to come help us get the acorns out, willing to pay as we'd done the past 4 years. He stated that he told my husband they would drop by when they were out this way, that's not what was told to my husband.
He asked why we didn't call earlier rather then when they were so busy. We can't call earlier in the year when they aren't as busy as the acorn problem goes through Oct. before the woodpeckers quit packing them. Jeff seemed to think we waited until they were busy to call, but shouldn't we, as a past customer, still get good customer service on their product? Now, it's raining, the gutters are full of acorns and with the water they are heavy, causing damage and water running under the eaves causing more problems. I told Jeff we'd rather them come and remove the toppers then have to deal with them like this each year. He said he'd write up a work order and call my husband, we still haven't heard back from him. Jeff is quite arrogant and talked to me like I was stupid and at fault, not someone I'd like to deal with again.
