They were up for 9 months and with the first major storm the gutters ended up on the roof. They hung them from the roof with straps and never attached them to the facia. Despite my offer to pay the difference in cost to upgrade from five-inch to six-inch gutters, we were unable to reach an agreement. Because the work was not supported and the issues remained unresolved, I was forced to hire another contractor to remove the installation and replace it with the proper size.
