Communication from home office was very poor, it would generally take 3-4 days (or longer) for them…read moreto respond to one of my inquiries even after accepting their bid proposal. Job kept on being delayed with little or no communication. If it's going to take 4 weeks or so to get a crew to my house that's fine....I understand the current construction environment, however don't tell me it's "going to be the first part of next week" then no one shows up for another two weeks. Regarding the quality of workmanship.....questionable at this time as I'm waiting for a downpour to see if the gutter-to-downspout connection will hold. If not, then hopefully they can get it corrected timely (although I'm not holding my breath). I would correct the situation myself except the gutters that were replaced are on the second story so is not something I'm comfortable with tackling.
