The North spout came down less than 1/4 " from my wooden fence. When I called they promptly came to look at the issue, which Nick was apparently aware of. His main fix was for me to cut the metal post if my fence. I would think the professionals would at least call the owner to discuss the issue before leaving the site. I cannot believe they left that day leaving my downspout almost touching my fence feeling this was a job completed. I am so very disappointed. They came highly recommended. We interviewed a few other companies in varying price ranges but ultimately felt the most confident entrusting our home to Anthony and his team. From our initial consultation through the end of the renovation, every interaction we had with them was marked by integrity, honesty, kindness, and respect. Each phase of the project - replacing 16 windows, all siding, and gutters - was completed in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The crew worked hard and kept the project moving along more quickly than we had anticipated. The care they showed and the pride they took in their work confirmed we had the best possible crew for our project. This is the first repair/renovation project we've had that didn't go over budget or over the projected amount of time. Not only did Anthony keep us on budget, he also worked with us so we could afford to replace our rotted, sometimes-working garage door with a brand-new one. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Anthony and his crew, or how thrilled we are with the results. They absolutely blew us out of the water and exceeded our hopes. We've always loved our home and now Advanced Roofing & Exteriors has made it something we can be proud of for many years to come.

This fall, we contracted with AJ Constuction to replace our deck with a composite material deck…read more The project went well until it came time to wrap up the project, and unfinished items. Our two biggest complaints were 1) the contractor has refused to turn over any materials purchase receipts so we have record of the purchase for warranty purposes, and 2) We have an issue with one of the steps that has a saw cut in it that needs to be replaced. The contractor will not return text messages or calls. Before I would make a final payment to this contractor, I would make sure everything is totally complete, and you have all the paperwork to support the project. Our mistake was to give him a check late in the day of his final day on site, without having the ability to take a good long look at everything in the light of day. At that time he also promised to deliver the necessary paperwork, and to drop off leftover materials for use to make minor changes ourselves. Do not make a final payment to this person, until everything is complete. Dan Wickett

Look no further than Andrew's Roofing…read more We engaged Andrew's Roofing for a full roof replacement. They were thorough while quoting, assisted us through all of our concerns, and provided a range of options to solve some of the more unique aspects of the project. The workmen were prompt, efficient, and professional. The job was completed exactly within the parameters we set. The team followed up a few weeks after the installation and immediately returned to fix a small issue. Andrew's integrity really shone through recently, however. Years after the roof installation, we called Andrew's in the hope they could assist with an issue we were having. Part of our home has a covered patio where the roof decking is exposed from below. Because the decking was so thin, the roofing nails protruded through the underside after the new shingles were installed. In hindsight, this was a unique situation that probably would have benefited from a different approach during the installation. Years later, when the exposed decking itself began to weather and deteriorate, Andrew's once again stepped up. Even though they really weren't obligated to do anything at that point, they came out within a few weeks and completely enclosed and finished the underside of the patio, including painting it, leaving it looking better than before. That kind of service is rare. They didn't have to stand behind us years after the original installation, but they did anyway. It's easy to find a contractor who will take your money. It's much harder to find one who still answers the phone years later and genuinely wants to make things right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew's Roofing. This is exactly the type of company you want to see in your community - honest, timely, and willing to make things right when something doesn't go as planned. Thanks, Gerardo and Ricardo! If you need a roof, call them now…read more.. Gerardo has the amazing drone shots of our new roof, which, dare I say, is sexy. This is our second home and our first sexy roof purchase and I'm super pleased with the aesthetics and function. Also, Gerardo has such an amazingly positive personality, he's wonderful to meet up with and discuss the details of how he's going to make your roof better, from ventilation to water proofing to preventing storm damage. And he's so gleeful in sharing his knowledge, that I would say (with the utmost respect) that he's a roofing geek. If there are roofing conventions, he's probably there learning more new "exciting" things about the best and newest techniques for better insulation and blah blah blah... The crew, OMG, the crew was amazing and they worked so darn hard. They ripped everything off and then stayed late to get the majority of it finished for water-proofing because they thought there might be some rain the next day. These guys got to our home at 7 am and were there until a little past 10 pm. Holy cow, that's service, I mean I'm just flabbergasted at how hard these guys work, I hope they take seriously awesome vacations in the winter cause it's well deserved. Basically, Andrew's Roofing Company is amazing, and if for some insane reason we decide to get a new home that needs a roof, we'd definitely, without hesitation, call this team to fix us up.
