They sent a representative out ahead of the project day to design where the gutters would go. I had questions and feedback which they addressed respectfully and professionally. For example, they had designed a downspout near my primary bedroom. My partner and I in the past have had noisy downspouts near our bedroom and wished to avoid it. The Raleigh gutter team moved the downspout easily to avoid this. The gutters have all worked well for us. I really appreciate them going out and beyond to help us out.
