It was an easy decision to go with Barnes Restoration. My roof repairs needed to be done in the spring and they were very accommodating to schedule me as soon as possible (1.5 weeks out). They completed the work on time and I am extremely happy with the results. I am very impressed with Tim Barnes and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I will certainly use them again in the future for any roofing needs.

They have really good prices (the best quotes I've received), and delivered an excellent product (hand nailed shingles, showed me damage areas, did a good cleanup, etc). He provided me a good quote on the spot (beat out 3 others) Rick did say they should get it installed the next week and they did. The installation went well and the gutters are expertly hung in a few hours (I have a small single story ranch). Rocky and his co-worker did a great job installing and they were kind and personable. My only negative regarding this experience was that I had some difficulty getting a response from Rick and scheduling the installation. While he never confirmed a time or even told me when they were coming (they just showed up a week later), he did say the could get it done next week and they did just that. Difficult to schedule, but true to their word on delivering a good product and meeting the timeframe they specified.

They sent a representative out ahead of the project day to design where the gutters would go. I had questions and feedback which they addressed respectfully and professionally. For example, they had designed a downspout near my primary bedroom. My partner and I in the past have had noisy downspouts near our bedroom and wished to avoid it. The Raleigh gutter team moved the downspout easily to avoid this. The gutters have all worked well for us. This last month we had a problem with one gutter where some water appeared to be going around the gutter. I called Raleigh gutters and they sent out someone to check it. Although the problem is ultimately with some flashing that the roofer did, they did clean the area and do all that they could, including giving me more detailed pictures of the area. I really appreciate them going out and beyond to help us out.
