I had a unique situation and highly recommend Chris Miller Roofing (I could not have navigated this without them). Chris Miller Roofing did NOT install my original roof, but I had a warranty issue (Owens Corning shingles failed after a few years) that they helped me with. Ken was fair, honest, and professional throughout the process. Ultimately Chris Miller Roofing put on my new roof which was done correctly, professionally, and looks great. I highly recommend Chris Miller Roofing and will work with them in the future.

We hired him to replace our roof in 2019. He told us the crew performing the work were personally trained by him, that he used to roof but is too old to get on a roof anymore. This guy has never been on a roof or pound a nail in his life. All his crews are sub contractors. Our roof has been leaking since it was installed. He sent a crew out a few times to fix the roof but all they did was caulk my dormers, which did not fix the problem. Since September 2022 I have been trying to get him to fix my roof. He blew us off all winter because of bad weather. He has told us numerous dates that guys would be here or material would be delivered. Each time nobody showed and Paul would not return a phone call or text. My wife called him from her work phone and he hung up on her when he found out it was her. If you hire him your roof will leak, and he will not fix it. He is a total sales man and will lie about anything and everything to sell you a roof, but will not do anything about it when it leaks. And you can wipe your butt with the owens corning 50 year warranty he sells with it because so far all they've done is contacted Paul to try to get him to resolve it.

This was an absolute wonderful experience!…read more First, I will start with how quick Cunningham and Sons got back to me and set up an appointment to evaluate and give me a quote on an extremely large tree that was becoming a danger to our home. They arrived this morning, even though it was raining and got right to work. They are honest and extremely hardworking! Not only did they tackle this very large tree, but they did so with complete professionalism and skill! This large tree was right beside a medium size shed, not to mention not far from our split entry home. They removed it without damaging ANYTHING! I was in awe of how easy they made it look to cut down, when it clearly was a large task to handle. I will be referring this company to anyone I know who needs tree removal. Really impressed with their work ethics and skills! It is hard to find such kind and hardworking people. They were above and beyond in every way!
