Today I had a toasted club sandwich on Italian bread and Gusto continued their tradition of "good food, service with attitude".
I still enjoy coming here after several years putting up with the attitude. It has actually reached the point of humour amongst my group of friends - we would actually be disappointed if we got a smile from the proprieter ! I think this place is more of a hobby for the well to do owner than a business venture - the opening hours and days are quite restricted so you have to pick your visits as well.
The food keeps us coming back, usually for a work group lunch. We always factor in extra time for the slow service but have walked out on several occasions when it is apparent we would be waiting for too long.
