But just a little background, I am into art and architecture so this review is largely influenced by that. Decor - Just like the hotel, the restaurant is downright artsy and eclectic, but yet not overwhelming. There is a perfect balance of whimsy and structure. Ambience - Ate very late dinner (think 11:30 pm), and two days of breakfast buffets that came with my reservations. Place was only 15% filled, so not crowded at all. All pastas ordered were al dente and very garlicky. You just like garlic if you go to Philippines! Attentive service, coffees were not bad, wines were cheap at 150 peso per glass.
