Though a dry cleaner, I've only come here for alterations and repairs. With zero sewing skills, I've brought my clothes here for everything from a button that's fallen off to tears in jeans to my wife having new pants hemlines shortened.
We've always been pleased with the results, never had to bring something back because it wasn't done right the first time. Turn around times are reasonable (though if something's broken I can't wear it anyway, so what's the rush?). The same woman (who may be the owner) is usually there when I come in and though I don't come by frequently, seems to remember me having asked about my young daughter.
Their hours are until 5:45 pm on weekdays. It's nice when a business realizes that a 5 pm close time is a huge hassle for those who regularly work until 5.
I stopped at 4 stars because I've never had dry cleaning done there, so I'll have to try that out before I give more stars since that's half of their business. read more
