I've been to a lot of auto service shops, and that was the best service I have ever received. That's exactly why I couldn't miss the opportunity to write this review to show my gratitude. Laithe was the man who worked on my car, and he exceeded my expectations. He made sure to SHOW me the problems with my car, along with explaining in great detail to me in a way I could actually understand. He did way more than what was expected of him, and I could tell that he really enjoys his job. Laithe pointed out things to me that the HONDA DEALERSHIP intentionally ignored during my last visit there. Thank you, immensely. Candy was the kindest person and an absolute sweetheart. I can't express enough with how helpful she was, even breaking things down for me and showing me through a picture of how certain things work on my car. She is a huge staple to this team and deserves so much credit for making VIP run smoothly at the front desk (and behind the scenes). She told me to come in, after a couple of hours, they got me in and, lo and behold, I just needed a battery. They had every opportunity to tell this 70 year old woman that I needed the alternator and whatever else. But, they were honest, kind, courteous, reasonably priced. Based on their professionalism, concern for their customers and reasonable charges I would not dream of changing. Recently I had a serious brake issue arise while I was traveling, and they were able to give me excellent guidance by phone on getting home safely, and then were able to quickly diagnose and economically repair the problem. When I asked why the guy on the phone didn't say that when he had all the same information, the response was sorry. I walked out of there pissed waisting an hour of my time driving back and forth. They couldn't care less one way or the other. I have never had a problem with them before and now I will never go back there again and nether should anyone else. It's a scam as far as Im concerned.
