After interviewing several other remodeling companies I found the guys here to be more honest and…read moreenthusiastic about the job. They give you the feeling that they want to be there and that it's just not another job. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

zero communication. texts were either delayed by days, ignored, or treated with contempt…read more no project manager to pay attention to details. I had to be the one to point out that the oven didn't fit, the cabinet didn't open because the microwave was in the way, the faucet handle didn't go all the way because it hit the wall, daniel texted me trying to get out of repairing exposed floor "I do not recommend it", my texts asking when they would remove the remainder of the garbage left behind was ignored so after many days i did it myself . They didn't notice or care that there was broken baseboards that I had to point out and there was zero clean up of the work site Including floors and sliding glass door. Daniel promised me workers would never be alone in my house - but I came home to find them alone and they had walked through my home by the bedrooms to reach the thermostat and drop the air conditioning 20 degrees lower (I didn't even know the setting went to 50). He also promised me one type of kitchen light but delivered another. Still today there is a paint drip on the ceiling and a piece of exposed floor And also questionable cutting of the quartz by the sink which is devastating. Daniel didn't care one bit about this project and tried to get me to pick countertops from screenshots by text!!! I had to refuse and say I needed to see it in person. Because he waited until the last minute, and the warehouse put me in a queue to order, that delayed the project about a week. But why am I finally writing this review 2 months later? Because I had a kitchen flood from the pipe under the sink not being properly installed. It took a plumber on a Sunday night to do an emergency fix and then back the next day to spend more than a half hour to relocate it. They said it had been Jerry rigged to fit instead of being done correctly and finally separated. It was awful from start to finish after waiting 50 years for a once in a lifetime remodel. I do not recommend.

I have bought a lot of tile from Floor and Decor in the past few years. I find them to have a lot of variety of tile at great prices. This time was no different. I was assisted promptly. I feel I got the attention I needed with no interruptions. John gave good advice. I like how many of the employees at Floor and Decor tend to be retired flooring professionals. This is I prtant to me because they know their stuff. Someone loaded the tiles into my trunk and it was a pretty fast visit. I am very happy

This store was erected at the long time Burlington department store location. The interior is massive and definately a professional contracters dream and also for the public to view tons of product options for tile, wood and stone to upgrade their home. If you're in the mood to change your pool tile or the wife wants new flooring throughout your home, this showroom had alot of everything, including installation. Plenty of home LED lighting options and home decor repair items. They also provide a design center for the staff to discuss your needs and pricing. The staff was energetic and enthusiastic. This location is directly off 595 and several entry and exits with a gigantic parking lot. In my semi-experience home decor opinion, it's much easier shopping than Home Depot or Lowes.

I sat with Will, who is from the Orlando location and was there at the store temporarily. He looked at my plans and got started pronto! He was very knowledgeable, super patient, and he whipped up my dream kitchen better than what I had dreamed of. The prices is what shocked me. In a good way. These cabinets are good quality, and the estimate was two-thirds the cost I had estimated. In addition, these kitchen cabinets have a lifetime warranty and is transferable if you sell your home. What a great deal! I was very impressed by the product, the service, the warranty so much that I'm thinking of them doing my laundry room and my other bathrooms. Thank you, Will for all of your help!

I would give zero stars if I could…read more Cabinets-to-Go has been an absolute nightmare to work with. From the very beginning, they sold us a kitchen without panel-ready cabinets for our refrigerator and dishwasher--something we didn't discover until after installation. Their "fix" was to cut pieces to size, which looked cheap and sloppy. On top of that, the cabinets themselves were inconsistent in color and grain, clearly defective. When we raised our concerns, they initially seemed responsive, requesting photos and sending a representative out. The rep openly admitted the cabinets were subpar, told us the line had received so many complaints that it had been discontinued, and assured us he'd get approval for replacements. Six months later, nothing has been resolved. During this time, multiple people from the company contacted us promising the cabinets would be replaced. Every time we followed up--because they never reached out proactively--we were told the same story: they were still waiting for "executive approval." No progress, no resolution, no accountability. We've finally decided to walk away and spend additional money with another company to finish our kitchen--something that should have been completed over a year ago. If you are thinking about using Cabinets-to-Go, think again. Should anything go wrong, you will be stuck with defective cabinets and no help at all. This company does not stand behind the quality of what they sell. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money--go elsewhere.

We recently totally renovated and updated our Kitchen and Bar with Allied Kitchen and Bath. From the very moment we walked into the showroom until the last detail was completed we had a fantastic experience. After visiting several other places, not one of them suggested the design and layout that our designer Rob Feinberg at Allied did. They completely transformed the flow of our entire house by adding a large central island as a gathering place, work space and storage area. They suggested wall ovens to save space as well as adding a bar to use for mixing drinks and serving adjacent to the island. It is so stylish and we have had so many compliments on the design, material and style we were guided to. They had many choices of cabinets at many different price points, styles and colors, and we were shown and directed to what would look best and provide the greatest value. The cabinets arrived quickly and they had their teams at our house immediately to prep and install all the components. The workers were timely, very organized, efficient and each were long term employees so we felt very comfortable through the entire process. They left the house spotless each day, and took great care in both the demolition of our old kitchen and bar, as well as assuring everything was perfect down to the last detail on the new one. I really had no idea of the extent of what would be needed and felt that using a company with 40 years of experience was especially important. We are so glad we did. We felt very confident every step of the way, and were thrilled with the constant communication from both Bob the Project Manager and Bill Feinberg, the owner and updates throughout the whole project from conception to completion. Allied Kitchen and Bath is an award winning company, and we are thrilled to share how they have earned that and have remained number one in our area for all these years.
