The very first time I wrote this review was about 6 months ago he seemed very nice and affordable, but he lacks customer service skills badly. I contacted him about cutting my grass like a month ago, he gets back an entire week later and apologized. So I decided to give him another chance and contacted him yesterday about cutting my grass today and he said he could cut it. He called me today and I was busy at the time couldn't answer it. I text him and no response so unprofessional and he never came by today like he said he would. I believe he doesn't care about lower paying jobs like $50 and under because I have a small yard that he charges $45 for, but he shouldn't ignore his lower paying customers just because he might have gotten a bigger job somewhere else. Very unprofessional and very rude to ignore a past customer. Will never contact him again. Don't use his services.
