On one occasion my father arrived 10 minutes late to an appointment and was sent home. Fine, very understandable. We arrived early the next time. 30 minutes after our appointment time I asked how much longer it would be before my Dad was seen. With 2 more people in front of him, probably another 30 minutes. The waiting room smells and is not clean. There are multiple signs stating they don't prescribe narcotics and you can only get your prescription renewed on the day it expires. It is in a poor part of town and I suspect has many drug seeking patients. Not a good place to wait for an hour. We left and won't be back.

Staff was gossiping and playing around. old people that looked like they were knocking on deaths door got seen before her and she had gotten there before them. This place is the only ER in Owensboro, so they are able to get away with this bullshit. If healthcare was free, it would be way smoother and they wouldn't be getting rich off of people's health issues. They didn't check her pulse or breathing or attempt to prescribe anything for her. They took their time and didn't have any inkling of empathy for her at all. I hate that place. They should be held to a higher standard instead of just acting like it's a business.

I could not have been happier with the care I received from Dr. Tabb. Every time I met with him we discussed my health in depth ranging from my blood sugar levels to how I was feeling & how to best control my diabetes while pregnant. He gave me so much great medical & health advice, I kept my a1c in a very healthy range throughout my pregnancy, probably better than it ever was before or has been since. I also loved that every time I went in to see him I was given an ultrasound & got to see how he was doing & growing. Dr. Tabb paid very close attention to every aspect of my pregnancy. He was always very easy to talk to & very professional. I never once felt uncomfortable as I have before with other doctors. He also made sure I had prescriptions for any & everything I needed that I had not already gotten from my endocrinologist. The only complaint I could possibly have would probably be with wait times to go back & see him. I believe there were a few times I waited in the lobby for up to an hour before being called back however, Dr. Tabb was only in town once a week as he also works at Norton's Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY. I am not sure if this is still the case as it has been two years since I have seen him. Based on the care I received from Dr. Tabb, I would definitely request that I see him again if I ever have another child.
