Doc Simon is amazing. If you don't like him just move on. Not every doctor is going to please you or do things the way you want it or think it should be done. I've been seeing him for a year and a half and even though he gets on me if I'm not doing myself right, I still respect him and his opinion and most of all his knowledge and dedication to his patients. The 1st visit was pleasant, but the 2nd one was a disaster. They lost my paperwork and couldn't find me in their computer. The staff was great as usual, but Dr. Simon was not. He insisted on talking politics when I specifically told him I do NOT. And so much as told me who NOT to vote for. Also, I am overweight but have been dieting and have lost 5 lbs in a week. Although probably water weight, but still lost not gained. I told him last week I knew I needed to lose weight and was dieting. He was just critical not supportive. He kept telling me to tell Billy, the check out person, to order this and that and I couldn't even pronounce what it was he was telling me, much less remember as I was having a bad day already and Dr. Simon knew this. When I tried to tell him he had put the wrap on my foot wrong he just said nevermind that. It was on upside down. He was irritated when he suggested I buy some pain relief salve he had and when I asked if it was something that began with "D" and I already had some, he started grilling me where I got it from. I couldn't remember if it was Walmart or Kroger or where-ever. I kept having to repeat the story about my injury and he made some comment about I changed the story or something when I HAD NOT. My foot hurt worse when I left than when I arrived. He had also put some tape on my foot. As soon as I got home I removed the upside down wrap and my foot still was hurting bad so I removed the tape and that helped quit a bit. I know people have bad days, but this was all too much. read more

I cannot stress enough to stay away from this office. The whole experience from beginning to end was horrible and completely unprofessional. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, a lady comes out to look at my feet in the waiting room at 5:15. Keep in mind they close at 5:30. She sees I have gel polish on and proceeds to say I will need to take it off and reschedule. I was never informed when making the appointment or I would have had it removed. I could have easily been told as well when I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment at 4:10. She proceeds to say it's not something they tell patients. They end up taking me back and telling me all the exam rooms are full and they place me in a shoe closet with two wicker chairs! Dr. Sheldon comes in and proceeds to be extremely rude, condescending, and 100% unprofessional. His bedside manner needs to improve greatly. He did not listen to my concerns nor address the problem I made the appointment for in the first place. I told him his front office staff should have informed me of the rules prior to the appointment and he says that isn't his problem. He proceeded to call me irreprehensible when told him I wasn't interested in returning to his practice for treatment. I ended up returning to the front desk in literal tears due to the horrible way I was spoken to and treated in his office. I should have walked out when I was placed in a closet. Think twice before making an appointment with this office. read more

Dr. Simon is such a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything. He did such a great job with my son's feet. I am so glad that we chose to go to him. He called to check on my son after his treatments and was available to call if there were any problems. He is just excellent! read more

I started going to Dr. Simon back in September. I had just developed Planter Fascities and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Simon was patient, caring and thorough. He gave me great suggestions and a care plan to fit me. I would highly recommend Dr. Simon for foot pain. read more

I found Dr Simon through my insurance and so glad I did!! My foot pain is almost gone and he has been so empathetic and caring. He is very detail oriented and enjoys thoroughly explaining to you what's going on and what he thinks should be done. He always asks if I have questions and I feel comfortable asking anything I'm wondering. I definitely recommend him and will tell all my friends and family about him!! read more
