This has recently been refurbished and isnt the better for it as it seems to have stripped the old…read moreatmosphere away. The interior is large but they have spoilt it by putting wooden flooring in everywhere which takes away the comfy feeling. There are also way too many tables scattered about which makes it hard for you to walk about and manouvre - my other half is on crutches and he found it almost impossible to get in and out of his chair without knocking something other. The good thing about this pub is the food - it is absolutely divine and yummy. There is so much choice from the traditional all day breakfast, fish and chips, burgers, etc to paninis and pastas. The prices arent too dear either and they do lots of offers on the food too like 2 for 1 menu, kids menu and grill nights, etc. The pub has different theme nights on from jazz to swing to disco and soul which are usually a really good night out and it does get really busy. But again, the atmosphere is just not there. A good meal and nothing else really.

It wasnt till the day after i realised just how many other family members were annoyed at the service they received. Me, my Aunty, my Mum & my Dad all sent emails to the Ragalds via their website, not once did we get an apology or even a responce. Absolutely disgraceful. Because of this i make sure to point out to everyone i know that they should steer clear of the place, i still don't understand why they're still in business.

I went to this well heeled venue the other day on a spa day package for 2. It was amazing. A great…read moreJacuzzi and pool with sauna and steam room. The showers were great with a whole host of body products, soft towels and hair dryers galore. the down side to the facilities was the steam room smelled of ming and left a bad taste in ones throat that water couldnt shift, it left me begging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. with minor trauma we had afternoon tea with a extra side order of extremely chunky crisp chips. my friend and i were fit to burst with this divine banquest of tea, scones pastries and cakes with tidy little finger sanwiches, this feast was heaven sent after our day of lounging. we left full to the brim and very content with our lavish adventure. I would recommend this place but smell the steam room before you dive in xx The staff were friendly and were lovely when it came to ensuring a fish and nut free banquest for my friend (thumbs up)

Whilst we were only there for one night we were made to feel very welcome and staff wanted to help us at every opportunity. The room we were given was at the reat of the hotel so a bit of a trail from the lifts but that wasn't too much of a problem for us. It was clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels, etc. The breakfast was just what we needed before a day wandering around nearby Leeds, they offered frully cooked items and cold selections. Only minor point was having to wait a bit too long for a pot of tea. All in all I would go back but make sure you get a good deal on the price!

Brad Pitt actually married Harrison Ford (secretly) in a private ceremony in this town (super…read moresecretly) and that's why the town is named Brad-Ford, after Brad's real name (super super secretly) (but nobody knows that). First-Hand Experience: I love Bradford, and I love the team. They play in a lovely colour, to lovely loud fans, and have a lovely old stadium that needs work. Everything about them is amazing, especially that they overachieve regularly, reaching cup finals and punching above their weight. I've seen them play at home twice, and away maybe 3 times. One of the better teams in the lower divisions, and one of the biggest. And they play in one of my fave cities. It's an adorable city full of delicious curries, a typical working class city also full of immigrants, it has a bad reputation but I have good memories of it despite an awful concert here. The girls here like me too. And I like the city much better than Leeds. They play in red and yellow which looks really sexy in combination, and they've had some great times even recently. They were in the Premier League, they've been on fairy tale runs and reached cup finals, it's really hard not to love them. They were formed in 1903. They are known as the Bantams. Their stadium has 25k fans. They won an FA Cup in 1911 and were runners up in the 2013 league cup, so there's a tiny bit of silverware there, but they need a lot more in future, and I'll be one of those rooting them on to get back up to the big time, for me, and for the adorable cute married couple Harrison and Brad. I wonder which one is the top? BTW Britney Spears' Dad Jimmy scored the winning goal in the FA Cup Final.

Well the club is currently not doing so well but hopefully the times will change for this team. The club though is getting back on its feet and has a stadium that would grace the championship. If you are around on a Saturday get yourself down to Valley Parade and take in a game. There'll be a lot of noise coming from the Kop and hopefully you will get to see City win. There is a club shop too, which is pretty small but sells a variety of things relating to the club.
