They misspelled my husband's name on his plane ticket - we had to call ourselves and correct it. They gave us WRONG information on when and where a tour starts. When we expressed our disappointment in their work they said, the tour can change times, not our responsibility. Susan and the owner, Trish are both careless and negligent.
