Almost forgot to mention they delivered and picked up the items to our door steps for free. Our stay was June of 2022 The house we rented this year was a new build and lacked the proper amount of chairs and umbrellas. So I did a quick search and found , Seeet Escape Rentals 30a. They offer a great variety of rental products, from beach items, to bonfire setups. While I was listening to their automated menu and received a call and I clicked over to take that call. Shortly after I finished the call, I received a call back from Sweet Escape rentals. I didn't leave my number or a message but it showed up on their caller ID and they were just returning my call. Like I said super responsive. I quickly explained how many chairs and umbrellas I needed and they went over my options for setup and delivery. I choose the self service, where I would haul the chairs and umbrellas to the beach each day. However they did offer a daily setup and take down at an additional price. I was very pleased the quality and speedy delivery of the items that I needed. If I ever need additional beach equipment or setup for a bonfire on the beach this will be our go to rental place.

When showing up on day 5 of our trip, we asked the "guys working" if we could sit closer to the beach vs further away since there were many set ups with no reservation tabs on them. He let us move in closer but was VERY rude about it. We said thank you and he did not even acknowledge us. He basically told us that they ensure that people who close out their tabs and tip early are the ones who get better upfront access to the beach vs the ones who haven't closed out their tab yet. Never have we encountered this before (we vacation here almost yearly). When do you go to a bar and close out your tab early before you're done....hmmm Also, if you want to work on tips, maybe get off of your "napping butts" and show people where their chairs are instead of just pointing in a general area. Also, I have stayed at Watersound Beach club, and those guys work their butts off for tips. They show you to your chairs and even offer to carry some of your bags. Hint hint... The professionalism of who represents this company is awful. These guys are just napping under their umbrellas while using chewing tobacco (literally sitting on his lap). I had to wake up one of the guys one day to ask where our chairs were. I gotta hand it to this company for hiring great representation...really, good job

Their customer service was very rude (calling my questions "emphatic" and copy/pasting contract instead of answering, as other review here also noted) and after I already paid, contacted 2 separate times about setting up earlier in day instead of agreed upon time. They also did just end up setting up early that day and didn't come back before event for final touches despite texting me they would. Additionally, some rentals provided were scratched and peeling and set up a bit sloppy despite how neat everything looked on their social pages. Appreciate how quickly they did event and nicely they cleaned up, but overall customer service communications and rental quality/details could use a lot of work.
