The first thing I noticed is that zero people were wearing a mask inside the store, despite a sign being posted on the entrance stating that they should be masked-up. Many of the staff people also had their masks down below their noses, which isn't cool when you're making people's food! At any rate, it's bigger than the old Wawa and has plenty of gas pumps. It's got two entrances as opposed to one and a very large parking lot. It is located right next to the CVS, so all of your convenience-needs can be met in essentially one location. I'm sure I'll return to this Wawa in the future, but their COVID precautions suck.

My friend knew I needed to visit the fabled store and took me there our first day in the Philadelphia area. I'm not sure what I expected but I'm here to tell you Wawa is a mix of a convenience store, Starbucks, and Chipotle (sort of). Food: I will not beat around the bush, the hot food I got, a burrito bowl, was not great. I could only get about half way through it. Also, the coffee (see picture) was both extremely sweet and yet the coffee was too strong. Now the dessert offerings, prepackaged cakes not available on the west coast, were so good. Lastly, it was nice to have small sized offering of east coast only chip offerings. Now the ordering "hot" food and drinks warm my introverted heart, if you've never been to Wawa you order at a screen so you can go through everything and take your time. Staff: The staff here were super quick, and nice. Had a good convo with the woman at the register. Also, my food came out relatively quickly.
