Man working cashier at around 840 pm very pleasant. Really good with giving out receipts. Decent coffee variety during the day. One I would've liked was closed off (winter something flavor) so I settled for columbia roast. They also had buffalo chicken bites which I'd never seen before. Store number 840 never seems to get it right. I ordered coffee to go which is supposedly a 12 cup box of hot coffee. I never get creamers I never get napkins. When I asked for a container of creamer or milk, I was sent a box of sugar. This happened twice. I guess someone working there thought it would be funny. I did not. When I order sandwiches there's always a mistake and a sandwich is never right. In one case I got a sandwich that didn't even resemble what I ordered. The sauce was so hot I could not eat it. I can't even remember what it was supposed to be. But it doesn't matter because I put the thing in the freezer and it's going to go back to the store the next time I'm able to get there. read more

Have to use the restrooms. Every WAWA I've been to is a disgusting, dirty, filthy, unsanitary, germ infest heap. Every WAWA is the same. Wawa builds all these new locations and let's their facilities end up like this. Wawa needs to hire a private contractor to clean these places up. I was just at this wawa not to long ago picking up a rice bowl after a long day. Well the woman at the deli making food was completely having a horrible day or on something. I mean I've had bad days and all we all have but she was out of it. She was making food for the people already waiting there and they were there a little bit. I was standing there waiting patiently and then she goes to me are you waiting for food. I said ummm yes and she is like what did you order?! Then she goes and looks on a screen I guess behind her. She starts making someone else's food and after says oh here's your bowl! I get home and open it up and it's wrong the stuff I wanted inside some was missing and I never got my dressing. I even got a drink also and that woman was sweet as can be. I wasn't going to drive back but seriously one of the worst experiences there and I go there all the time. I worked in a retail store so I know how days could be but really you need people more lively in there. read more

Good evening to my Yelp Family!! I visit this Wawa everyday on my way to work. I work out from 4 am to around 5:30 am, cop a shower all at the Ridley Planet Fitness and leave to grab my breakfast here. Kelly and Eileen are always a delight!! They take care of me everyday. I order either a medium or a large oatmeal with raisins. I get gas sometimes when I need it, a banana, a peach yogurt and a chicken caesar salad with dressing for lunch. The oatmeal and banana is breakfast and the salad and yogurt is lunch. Kelly and Eileen are friendly and engaging everyday. I enjoy coming here to see and converse with them. Then I pay for my order and either Linda or Donna are there at the check-out counter. Linda and Donna are great people as well!!! They always say have a nice day and always have a smile. There is a nice size parking lot and and a bathroom that is usually clean. Sometimes it can be cleaner. There were a few times that soap was needed in the dispenser by the door but that was it. I do not visit the restroom everyday I come here. This Wawa is usually well-stocked with items. I believe there was a time when they didn't have raisins for my oatmeal and that lasted for a week, but since then they always have raisins. Sometimes the bananas don't look all that hot, with brown spots on most of them or mainly green bananas. I like my bananas golden yellow with no brown spots. All in all, this is my favorite Wawa and the most convenient one for me from my favorite gym location, Planet Fitness in Ridley Park, Folsom, PA 19033. Dear Christine, I stood tonight in a line of 6+ people with my one item in order to check out. Listening to you complain customer after customer. "They better get me a new machine", "oh god this machine", speaking about your point of sale program. You were obviously flustered but not one customer said a word to you. We all waited patiently. Finally it was my turn to get waited on, I put my item up on the counter, then you called back the last customer and asked them to sign a paper receipt. I took a step back to allow the customer some room to do what you asked of her. When she was done I stepped back up but you had already started scanning and bagging the items for customer who was behind me. The gentleman and I both told you what items were his and which were mine and you said not a word to us. You then deleted my item from the checkout list and continued to check out the customer behind me as to leave me standing there continuing to wait. The man looked at me knowing this was wrong but proceeded with your orders for whatever his total was. That's when I knew something was wrong. I looked and it was a surprise to me that you didn't have a name tag. Not only that your shirt didn't necessarily seem like the typical wawa employee attire with buttons down the front chest. I was then assisted by the other cashier. I handed him my items and asked for your name. He told me and I questioned wether or not it was against store policy to be working a register with no name tag and he assured me it was. Knowing you were in the wrong and continuing working through your shift doing things you know are wrong as a customer service representative of wawa is just plain out ignorance. As if you didn't already put a bad taste in my experience on my way out you made it a point to say out loud as I was walking by "Good luck Sir!". You were TAUNTING me. You must be untouchable in wawa land. 50 on the outside and 12 on the inside I see. Wawa really needs to reevaluate some people. Well here's what you asked for. A simple apology is sometimes all it takes but you just did what ignorance does best and continued to dissatisfy. Horrible, service, they don't pay attention when they read the order from costumer tickets. My boyfriend just ordered chicken corn chowder soup to go medium size and guess what i opened a cup at home to eat and there is no chicken chowder soup, we got clam chowder. You can poison your costumers who are allergic on seafood and they are able to report you for that. Food industry is not a joke. I almost trow up. You can kill someone by accident. Have been here a few times. It's new, huge and clean. The pumps are usually packed as this is probably the cheapest gas around. Sandwiches here are pretty good and there is a traffic light at the entrance so you can make a left out of the lot and head north on Morton Ave with ease. read more

Visited the inside of the store for the first time today and have to say was quite impressed! I ordered a breakfast hoagie and after paying went to the deli counter to retrieve my order. The blonde that was finishing making my sandwich called my order number and when I approached her she greeted me with a very friendly hello, how are you doing! Now I've been to quite a few Wawa's and this is not typical and obviously made a good impression because I don't YELP about Wawa! To make it an even better experience when I ate my sandwich it was correct, hot, fresh and delicious! It was nice to see a Wawa employee take some pride and act as a friendly representative of the company! Oh...the coffee was fresh too!!! Of course while leaving , the Delconian was reading his Delco Times off of the trash can...guess you cant have it all!!!!! read more

I'm a fan of Wawa in general. This location has really good employees, gas pumps, and free air. Good stuff.
