Brandi is so greedy for money, she will insist the buyer sign an exclusive agreement with her. Told me I could get out of the contract at anytime! I made the BIG mistake of signing it and when I found a for sale by owner on my own, she insisted she was still owed a commission! I Did not want to get into a dispute with her, life is too short... so I paid her an amount we agreed on. Must be nice to do nothing and get paid for it! Do not use her company.... There are so many better one's out there. If you are looking on Anna Maria Island, use someone who is on the Island!
