When our home listing ended with no offers, we were courted by myriads of realtors with various marketing strategies. Feeling like we were in a whirlwind, we noticed several pending signs with Hanley Homes so we inquired to some of the property owners and kept getting the same response. Kevin sells homes! Because we wanted to know why his representation is so successful, we met with Kevin who cited an extensive marketing plan and credited his powerhouse real estate team. We made the decision to sign and he immediately started off with impressive photography, savvy staging and high-tech online marketing. We received three offers on our home and Kevin considerately communicated with us through each one to go in a direction that met our needs. He also offered numerous trade and service contacts which were helpful. He did it all! After knowing Kevin, the truth of the matter is that Kevin sees his job as more than a profession. He has developed a reputation for being "a class act who genuinely cares about his clients who is respected by other realtors and trusted by homeowners". Don't think about listing with Kevin, just do it! read more

Deciding to sell our first home was a big enough decision, next came who would actually sell our home for us. We reached out to another agent at first and was bombarded with negatives about our home and what we will need to do to get it ready to sell which included intense staging, new paint, and an outlook that it would take a long time for our home to sell. All of which was very negative and daunting especially since we have 2 small children at home. Some friends of ours recommended Kevin so we decided to meet with him to see what he said. We experienced a completely different view. He was incredibly positive, very prepared, courteous, and genuine. He loves to help people and it shows. We listed with Kevin and his crew and our home was under contract within 4 days and closed in 30 days. Something that we had thought wouldn't happen for a while because of the previous negative feed back. We highly recommend Kevin and The Hanley Homes Group. read more

We can't say enough about Jody Callan - Keller Williams. We visited Venice last February from Ohio and fell in love with this beautiful town. In July we decided we wanted to make Venice our permanent home. Jody was recommended to us in being the one to find us our perfect home. So we decided to give her a try. We were certainly not disappointed as she went above and beyond (even checked on us during Irma to make sure we were ok or needed anything) to find us exactly what we wanted in a home and we're not the easiest people to please. But she was certain and reassuring that she would find us exactly what we wanted and she delivered. We are very pleased and excited with our new home.!  We would highly recommend Jody Callan to anyone who is looking for an awesome realtor/friend who gets the job done. read more

Kevin Hanley was all business and did everything he could to get us the right price for our home. He was attentive to our needs, and gave us some great tips on what to do with the home to get it ready for sale. He negotiated with a bunch of potential buyers, held a number of open houses, and at the end of the day he closed the deal. Everything went smoothly with the formation and execution of the contract. The whole deal was done electronically, which was a pleasant change from the last time around. Once the deal was in place, everything was simple, and closing was a breeze. If we do another real estate transaction in or around the Venice area, we will definitely be doing business through Kevin and his firm. Thank you again Kevin for all of your help. read more

We were very pleased with Kevin Hanley. We actually accidently met him when we went into a Keller Williams open house that wasn't the house we were trying to find. We first contacted another realtor and didn't hear anything back. When we contacted Kevin, he immediately sent us listings and tried to narrow down what we wanted yet have us keep an open mind. When we did visit the area and settled on a house to buy; the process was painless and after we bought the house; he made recommendations for a home watch service and some other services that we needed. Definitely recommend him. read more

Kevin Hanley with the Hanley Homes Group did a remarkable job selling our home. He took his time and walked us through the entire process. Very customer focused. His marketing techniques are the best I've ever seen and, certainly paid off. Our home sold within 30 days of being listed. Kevin and his team went above and beyond to sell our home. They provided weekly marketing data, staging advice, and promptly answered all questions. I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home in Southwest Florida. read more

Genuine character, professional and honest. Went out of his way above and beyond. Kevin truly puts all care about clients before money. We are a family of seven and needed a very odd setup and he actually found us a house that fit us perfectly and it wasn't even up for sale until Kevin made a phone call (or ten)! He held our hand and made it as painless as it could be through the whole process. Active member of the community as well. I guess I can't say enough good things about Kevin Hanley. Highly recommended! read more
