I've been stuck in gwb traffic for over an hour now and I need to go peepee like no ones business. Do a search on my gps for gas station and this one pops up. I pull in and lucky me, bathroom is on the outside of the station and door is slightly ajar. It's a single unisex bathroom so I'm psyched that its empty. I run over, pull the door the rest of the way open and there is one of the male employees taking a wiz. I apologize and close the door. I wait and wait and wait and 5 minutes later he comes out. He looks at me and says "hi" as if he were trying to pick me up. Weird considering I just walked in on him peeing. I ignore him and run into the bathroom - shutting and LOCKING the door behind me. The most…read morerecent experience was bringing our Toyota Highlander in for NYS inspection--and I asked Neil to also check out the front brakes and the running board because at the local Toyota service, I had been advised that the front brakes/rotor needed replacement soon (estimate $700) and that the running board had a large crack underneath that needed to be replaced (estimate nearly $600). Neil checked it out--"The front brakes aren't even close to needing replacement" and "There is a broken bolt in the running board that we took care of for you." All auto repair shops should be as competent, honest, and fair as the Roslyn Car Care Center! Keep up the great work!

Now that I think about it he overcharged me as well. I have a 12 gallon tank, bought 3/4 of a tank of gas and was charged $35.20. I gave him $40. He refused all requests and threatened me.
