It took them over two weeks and ended up with the volume and tone knobs working in reverse, not a huge probem, but wasn't ideal. Second guitar was a Strat that had a poor sounding G string when played in the open position (this was caused by a crack in the nut, but didn't know it at the time) So bought it in for a full setup and told them of the fault. Phoned them a week later to be told it was ready. picked it up and bought it home to find it still had the G string fault and that the intonation hadn't been set. Took it back and was told it is a common issue with strats, he added a few more winds to the g string post and gave me a free set of strings for the inconvenience. (though this didn't fix the problem) I eventually noticed It had a crack in the nut so replaced with a graph tech one, added some rolling string trees and not had a problem since.
