I bought one. 3 days passed with an UNKOWN STATUS USPS tracking number. I dropped a message asking what's going on... and "Suzane" replied: "I will take a look at it". Just then I actually checked his latest feedbacks and googled store name... BAM... asked for Refund due to Drop-ship SCAM. The rest, you can enjoy at the attached pictures. Owner got mad because I asked other custom shops in my local area for quotes on pricing. Said he was not interested in the project for that simple fact alone. Such unprofessionalism. I do not reccomend anyone do business here that expects to be treated with courtesy and respect as a customer. read more

Again if I can't give it 5 stars, I won't post it. giarmo.com I found them & samples of there work on jemsite.com They respond to E's in one day. I called on the phone once. We talked alot about all stages of the work. From the prep to final clear. No detail to small & to assure me of his commitment to the job. After all the issues were worked out I sent the body over to him. You can send the whole guitar if you like. He will also reassemble & do a set up too. Very professional & experienced. Always sends progress reports & don't mind when you ask. This kind of thing does not happen over night. Mine was hand painted by Rick so it took about 2 months. He sends me fotos for approval before the clear coating process begins to move forward or not. All good on 1st time. The final sanding & buff went great with no effect on the painting. I was blown away when I got it. Also let me choose to fly over ( to & from ) via usps to save on shipping. Paid with usps money order. Just as good as Paypal & saves you a little. Guitar was reassembled here by Ty of Guitar works & the tone was still great. Paint jobs do affect the tone & on good ones the effect is minimal. Hand paint, air brushing, solids Rick does it all including repairs.
