We called in ahead of time to ask the nearest landmark and my bad, I should've not asked. Haha. One won't definitely miss this - there's a big Guisados signage welcoming eveyone. They've got airconditioned area and an al fresco. They were still on their soft opening and I counted far too many staff. They were courteous enough to have us seated inside.

When you say, build-your-own taco, I really thought I can choose what filling I wanted for my taco. That's not what we've got. Staff said we can build our own taco by the sauces - red salsa, green salsa, pickled chili, and spicy red salsa. Prolly it's because they're still on their soft opening and I'm sure there's more to come. The sauces were something you knew were whipped inside their kitchen, that's something nice and unique for Guisados. For me, the tacos we've had were best paired with the red salsa sauce. Reasonable price for beers, too!!
Top picks were pork barbacoa, spicy wings and quesadilla. The taco sampler were smaller than usual, but that's okay. Chicken was tender, although for us it wasn't spicy enough. We took quesadilla home and it was still soft and chewy even when cold. The only flavor left in my mouth was cilantro, and the sampler tasted all the same to me.
Plus points for their minimalist ambience, it was well-lit. Comfort room was clean, too. Sadly, there was no wifi yet at the time of visit.
There's still quite a few things that need to improve taste-wise, but this tex-mex is a promising and great find around Tandang Sora area. Hey guys, you might wanna swing by!
Lastly, the staff had my name wrong. Lol.
