Fixed an issue with my desktop computer in a very timely manner and the charge was very reasonable

I have worked with Guinard PC for several years now. They are the most reliable and knowledgeable company that I have ever worked with for my PC and networking. I have a small business that does ecommerce and light manufacturing. We have 18 computers total in the building. A few years back I was sick of getting my PCs repaired because of faulty internal components. These were all computers I would get at Best Buy or Amazon. So I asked Andy at Guinard for a price to build a system that is reliable, solid, and fast. I specifically asked him not to add the "bells and whistles" and bloat programs that other computers sellers include. He gave me a very fair price and set me up with a computer. The PC and process were flawless so I asked him to build me a few more. Over time I have replaced about 12 of my PCs with computers that Guinard has built. They are still running solid and I have never had any issue except for one single power supply failure that they replaced under warranty. Last year I asked Guinard to build a server that would out perform my existing server and give me some room for expansion. Andy was able to set up the server in a reasonable amount of time and get all my computers connected to it. The server is an absolute rocket and every PC on the network works fluidly with the system he has set up. When we discussed the server initially, I said that security and back up were the most important aspects to me. He designed the system with backups and more backups and even more backups of those. I couldn't be more pleased. So at this point I have about 12 PCs and a server that Guinard has built. They are all running fast and smooth. When I do have an issue, I will contact Guinard and they will log in to my network remotely and take care of it. I know if I need them they will travel to my business and take care of me, but the remote work they do takes care of almost all my requests. I have taken out laptops there a few times to get them fixed. Work had always been good. However, this time around they refused to wear masks even when I asked them to twice, making me feel very uncomfortable. Then, after assuring me they fixed the issue on my laptop and charging me $100, it experienced the exact same problem two days after booting it up again. I appreciate what they have done for me in the past, but will be looking for tech help in the future. read more
