I have been coming here for over fifteen years and love this place more than any other. Why? Because they menu is varied and very reasonably priced. Entrees - most only $5, Main dishes are mostly $8.50 - $11.80, Seafood $14.80 and most expensive dish being the Roast Duck -$26! Choose dishes ranging from Wonton Soups, Laksa's, Fried Noodles, Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Hot Pots, Bean Curds and Congee. Also BBQ Pork, Duck and Chicken is available until 9.50pm at night. After ordering, complementary Jasmine Chinese tea is placed on your table. Sometimes a chicken broth or vegetable soup is also offered if available. The meals arrive very quickly after ordering - a strong point of this venue. No waiting ten minutes or more here. My recommendations are: Black Pepper Diced Beef with Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Pork, Steamed 1/2 Chicken with Ginger and Shallots, Honey King Prawns, Crispy Skin Chicken and the Dong Dong Fried Rice. The staff are always polite and friendly and ready to make your visit enjoyable. No wonder I keep coming back for more.

So excited by the spare ribs options, my friend and I ordered the Satay Beef spare ribs and Black Pepper Spare ribs and shared them. They were both delicious, however I think my vote goes to the Black Pepper. The servings were so big that we could not get through it all, although we did share eight Vegetable Samosas for an entrée. The service was fast and the meal was a bargain.

Generally not our first option as we all know take away is very unpredictable. Sometimes the food is just as good as if you ordered it in the restaurant and other times - there are no words to describe what you get. We ordered rusty nails (Peking beef strips), satay, salt and pepper calamari, sweet and sour pork, and combination chow mein. My fav was the rusty nails but every dish was delish! Our next visit there will be in dining experience so that we can get the full experience!

This has got to be the best Chinese food in the Hills district. I love going to Blue Dragon. The…read moredecor might be a bit old fashioned and the food rather traditional (they haven't changed their menu in years) but that's because the customers they have like it like that. The menu is written in fractured English but that's part of the charm. I love their Hot and Sour soup, it's really spicy and full flavoured. I 'm not on to eat spring rolls anywhere, they don't appeal to me, instead I will order the Ham and Chicken roll, exactly what it says, the tender chicken is rolled around ham and has a crispy won ton like wrapper. For mains, you can try the unusually named King Prawn Princess or Grandmother Bean Curd, both of them equally delicious or try something a bit more mundane like Curried Pawns, my husband always asked for little prawns because they serve King Prawns or Sweet and Sour Combination. Exceptional!

Still great food but I probably won't order online again. *** Super cheap, yummy Thai in Neutral Bay. Thai Intra used to be our go to spot but after changing owners last year we haven't really been back. We decided to give this place another go (had been there a couple times ages ago) and we were not disappointed. We couldn't decide between a stir fry and a curry and decided on a compromise of Choo Chee- stir-fried mild red curry with mixed vegetables, a touch of creamy coconut milk topped with finely sliced kaffir lime leaves. It was a great compromise. The perfect combination of curry flavours and the lightness of a stir fry. I definitely recommend it. We also got the stir fried eggplant and it was good but not my favourite. It has Thai basil and why I keep ordering things with Thai basil time and time again when I KNOW I don't like it is beyond me. So you can't fault the dish, it's just my tastebuds that failed me on this one. It's a tiny place with little stools for seating so it's not somewhere you want to go and relax for a long night out. It's more of a quick dinner spot. Like I said before- it's SUPER cheap for Sydney. Takeaway prices for sit down dining (about $10.50 per stir fry). Can't beat the free corkage either. The doors are always open so if you go on a cold winter night, bundle up. And be prepared for some Military Road traffic noise. For the price and taste combination I give it 4 stars. If i was judging on atmosphere and complete package, I'd give it 3 stars.

I have enjoyed everything we've eaten here, although the wonton soup and the other dumplings (especially the chicken corn) were particularly good. I would encourage anyone nearby to stop by and try it - they are superior to the average Chinese takeaway in that I saw them freshly chopping vegetables and making everything to order as we waited. They treated us to mandarin slices for a gratis dessert, and were keen to get our feedback about favorites from our meals. I can't speak highly enough about the warmth of the owners and the quality of service here - I would happily eat at this hole in the wall over a fancier alternative any day. Worth the short, scenic walk from Glebe's main strip, or easy to drive to and a bus route runs down Ross Street. They even have a happy hour for dumplings and some other menu items - so stop by for lunch if you're in the area!

The one thing you gotta watch out is that, it's not the cleanest; and service is basically non-existence; but hey at that price and that kind of food; that'd be one of your last concerns. Note: - focus on the dumplings/ steam pork buns (XLB) - focus on dishes with just plain rice - their fried rice/rice is generally a little too much water - drunken chicken, don't bother - noodles, not their strength Why do they still get 5 stars when there are things they don't do well, and not the cleanest? Cause in things that they do well, they do an awesome job! The dumplings, dishes, way too awesome! And basically cheap!!
