My daughter has been attending here since she was 6 weeks and we have enjoyed every second of it! Her teachers, Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Mukta are such great teachers and communicate well with my husband and I on how our baby girl is doing. Pictures are sent weekly which is a big plus and heart warming throughout the day! Misty and Elizabeth are always on top of things in the front and are always so welcoming and friendly to all the families as they walk in. Forced to eat alone, told that she's difficult, impossible and stupid. A BABY!!!! Coming home and crying saying she's impossible and stupid. How is that acceptable? There is simply NO excuse for an adult to treat a child like this! This is disturbing beyond belief. And when brought to the principles attention, they had the audacity to accuse the parents of the child not getting enough sleep. I mean... what kind of response is this? Total lack of accountability, not acknowledging the damage done to the child and how unprofessional the teacher acted. We found out about this behavior because another student was going home upset!!! Other children were traumatized by the way the teacher had been treating their friend/ classmate! The damage done by bullying has affects that stick with people for years! Look at how many horror stories of kids ending their life from bullying. And this school is fostering it! Allowing and defending the teachers who are doing it. I am sick. Disgusted. And furious. But noticed over the years, the teacher turnover rate was INSANE. (27 teachers total, left in 2024 alone and they don't even staff that many). Every couple weeks there seemed to be new teachers. My oldest moved to kinder this August and my youngest started. In August started the largest decline of a daycare I've ever seen, multiple teachers and the best director were fired and a new one replaced her. But with that, firings continued, one teacher was rehired (who had been previously fired for multiple reason, the largest being bullying children), CCS has been pulled, and there's maybe 5 or 6 classrooms actually being filled with children because so many parents have left (rightfully so). They're combining classrooms now because just as many teachers are leaving, so children don't have that consistency of the same teacher. The only reason and I mean the ONLY reason I stay was because the absolute LOVE and endearment I had for Viridiana. She is an angel/ one-in-a-million teacher you find who actually loves and cares for the babies as her own. Everyday I dropped my child off, it felt as if I was leaving him with family and I knew my child was taken care of. Other than that, it's obvious that the teachers are overworked, understaffed and under appreciated. I don't know what or why, but it did. Below is just a small snippet of what we've been through the last year. Negligence. Fraud. Abuse. When Yuliana took over as director, everything changed. My daughter was physically abused (dragged across the floor by her arm - I watched it happen on camera), my kids were targeted and neglected (I have pictures of marks and bruises that went undocumented). I tried talking to her personally, tried going to the regional director, even, and nothing changed. I ended up filing charges with the state and they were cited in several issues, but nothing changed for the better, if anything it made their vengeance worse. A veteran teacher of many years left in the middle of her shift because she couldn't take it anymore. Their turnover rate for teachers, when they can even get someone hired, is astronomical. They changed their hours leaving us parents with no leeway time for work, they are rude, yell at your kids, don't assist in behavioral issues even when a child is diagnosed and it is documented, and are basically just one group of bullies towards children and parents they don't like. My child was always the "problem" but at his new daycare, he's never gotten in trouble once and they actually talk about what a sweet kid he is, how great and helpful he is, and how well he behaves. They'll send your kids home in messy diapers, don't assist in potty training, lie on documentation...it turned into a horror story. They even had "financial errors" aka stole money from parent accounts and charged potty trained kids' parents for diapers. I tried to get corporate involved, nothing changed with that either. I really gave it my all before pulling my kids and getting reviews/higher-ups involved, but when nothing changes and everyone just turns a blind eye, you can't do it anymore. Just save yourself time and money. Even some heartache. Ms. Santos and Ms. Katrina deserve better. And I'll miss what this place USED to be.
