I rearranged my schedule to book the travel for an "available" spot, only to find out several days later by email that my spot wasn't actually available. I wouldn't trust a group with travels abroad if this is their deceptive behavior upfront. Customer service was not accommodating at all. Lots of fine print throughout their website resolving them of all responsibility for such issues.
