I tried Walgreens and Krogers (both rude and apathetic) before coming here and being pleasantly surprised. The lady with short hair has a tough exterior, I thought she hated me at first haha. But came to realize she just has a busy job that she takes very seriously, which makes her seem that way. The younger guy with a beard is a hero. One time I was getting jerked around for days by my insurance company. I literally gave him my phone and let him do the talking, and it was fixed that day. I moved away but HAD to leave a review first!

Now I save my prescriptions and wait and take them to Pillbox even if its the next day. I never wait more than 15 to 20 minutes. I live about 15 to 20 minutes away and if I call it in its always ready by the time I get there. Once when I had a cold Ricky gave me a rx bottle of a medicine that was just called cold medicine #2. It only cost me a couple of dollars and really helped with my cold. I'm sure it was an over the counter preparation they have behind the counter but it came in a prescription bottle. This was before there were so many restrictions on pseudoephedrine. So it may not be available anymore but it meant a lot that he went out of his way to help me out. At the time I worked next door to him at Foodland but I don't think he knew that. Also I've compared prices and they are consistently cheaper by far than other pharmacies. Always use mom & pop health mart pharmacies. They are always cheaper than Walgreens or other large chain pharmacies. As long as Pillbox is in business they will always be my pharmacy.-Tony Fuqua
