When you go on the store workers are all over the place filing orders for the shop at home program which is a good thing I guess they are busy working. I find that stock is usually good, prices are low and they sell the same food as 99% of other grocery store's. Yes the people shipping can be interesting at times but this is middle America for sure. I go to the store to buy food not hang out ha ha. If you want a fancy store they are around but cost more.

I wasn't able to pick it up the day the medicine arrived because I was working and my fiancé made it there too late. he had the audacity to ask if I got the text the day prior and that I was suppose to pick it up right away. I like the sign that indicates the carts have been sanitized. I especially liked the aisle guides chart on the actual carts. It showed where most of the items you might be looking for would be located in the store, that's a great idea, all stores should have such a guide on the cart to minimize down time wasted trying to figure out what aisle to find what you want, only to find after reading the generic genre of food items on the aisle signs in the hopes your item is down that chosen aisle. It rarely ever is down the aisle I hope or think it ought to be. It was nice and quiet, it's after 9 PM on a week day. I should try to make it a point to always shop at night, all of the time like tonight, it's so quiet, peaceful and almost tranquil. I was able to find all of the produce and non-perishable items too. There were 3 self-checkout registers and one manned register open. Went to the manned register. David greeted me warmly, asked how my weekend was, I replied over. He said he worked the weekend and has a few days off during the week. He wished me a good week and I wished him a good weekday weekend. It was a quick in and out trip in less than 15, not bad.

He wasn't able to find a new pair of gloves, but while he was looking i picked up two pairs of leggings for running- heat gear and cold gear. I also really like their cold gear lines that account for the fact that you might be working in varying degrees of cold weather and have varying activity levels in that weather. He has several shirts and a few pair of paints that make the cold winter days bearable. Considering it was -14 in Michigan today with a wind chill of -34, the proper clothing makes all the difference. The staff was friendly and helpful as well- I couldn't find the cold gear I was looking for at first so one of the ladies was able to help me find it.

I had an issue with a specific shoe, Jungle Moc AC+. I ordered them because they were on sale and I…read morehad ordered the regular Jungle Moc's many times with no problems. I looked to find the difference before ordering them but couldn't find anything. I found that they were the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn and it felt like i was putting hard plastic on my feet. I tried them for about a week an half, but could not suffer them any longer. I emailed the Merrell and explained my situation with a very confusing email response. I don't think they read any of my email because they asked all the questions that I had answered in my first email. I finally got a hold of someone else and explained how bad these shoes were and she sent a return label and asked what kind of shoes I wanted to replace them. I explained the the Jungle Mocs were the only kind of shoes that were comfortable enough for work and that's what I wanted. I sent the AC+ shoes back and a week later received the exact kind of shoes that were terrible and the same ones I returned in the first place, I contacted the company again, explained my problem again and was basically told, Oh well. I had to request another return label and a refund on my credit card. I'm not sure why these people think I have all this free time or why they couldn't send me the actual shoes I asked for. The customer service is very lacking and I felt like they really don't care about making their customers happy.
