There are usually two classes everyday, so it accommodates many schedules. All of the instructors are high knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are also very good teachers. It's one thing to just be a good athlete and it's a totally different thing to be able to transfer your knowledge to someone else. They are very good at teaching techniques and actually demonstrating them. Another great part of this gym is the other students. There's a wide variety of skill levels and body types. They are all willing to work with you and give you pointers. No egos, but a lot of high level competitors are training in the gym. I would say if you have any interest in Jiu Jitsu to just come in and watch a class. If you like what you see they'll let you try a class or two.
