I have lived in the same house for 13 years as a single guy. It's a pretty large house with 4…read morebedrooms and two bathrooms. I decided to have professionals come in and give the house a better cleaning than I ever had. I am a pretty clean guy, but I know it could be "deeper." I met the owners of Impeccable Clean at a local networking event and we got to talking about cleaning my house. The end result is a house cleaner than I could have thought at a very fair price. I read the other review on here and personally, I had very good communication experience with them! Christina (co-owner) kept me updated via text as I was working for part of the day. They were very considerate of my dog being in their way, who is 170 pounds, and this meant a great deal to me. Christina visited the house for a formal estimate, and they were on time and on budget. I also work from home and they cleaned my office and workshop. The bathrooms look better than they ever have. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again to freshen up in a few months!

Full disclosure ... I did not get to use use the cleaning services offered here. This review is…read morebased on my experience with the business. I was renting a co-op sort of house where we all get two weeks in the summer and are responsible for arranging our own cleaning before we leave. The people who rent the weeks before us are both cheap ... and slobs. They 'semi' clean the house themselves to save money vs. hiring someone and do a poor job. So, we never trust them to clean well. This year, more than ever, we wanted a top to bottom cleaning of the house to ensure all was good from a pandemic perspective given the slobs that rent the weeks before us, so I did a little research and called Cape Cod Cleaning Collaborative because they seemed to have the most trustworthy reviews. I spoke to the owner who returned my message promptly and asked me several questions about my needs. She mentioned that unfortunately, she isn't taking new clients this season due to a reduced work force and also, they can't clean houses as a one-off. They will do a 'deep clean' of a house at the beginning of the season and then come in for 'touch ups' but don't really do the whole 'I have the house for this week and would like it cleaned when I arrive' type of thing. If you rent a house, the home owner would likely have to have this deep clean done at the beginning of the season and then schedule subsequent cleanings for when guests leave. This wasn't our situation. I see that some reviews get a little pissy about this protocol but I have to respect it because it means they do a great job, are thorough, and don't go through the motions. If I owned a house on Cape Cod, I'd certainly use no other company but this one to clean it based on this interaction. However, the owner was great about passing on the name of the company she uses to sanitize and clean carpets in the homes she deep-cleans when she heard of my concerns about covid. She sent an email to that company's owner referring me to his business and he ended up coming in and doing a fantastic job of sanitizing the house and carpets for a great price. She didn't have to make that referral for me and did not benefit from it financially ... she was just trying to be helpful. Another reason why I would choose this business over any other business on Cape Cod, if I owned a house. Based on our initial conversation, it seems like the business owner really takes into account the needs of the customer and doesn't cut corners. I passed her name along to the person who owns the house we all split weeks at during the summer and I can only hope he will call her to arrange for cleaning going forward vs. everyone doing their own thing. Like I said, even when things didn't work out in terms of doing business together, the owner went out of her way for us and we were grateful for that. If I do end up buying a house on Cape Cod one day, this is the only company I'd call to set up cleaning.
