Favio created a landscape plan and then had me use one of his landscape installers. Shortly after installation, the newly planted grass and several of the newly installed plants were dead or infected. The installer blamed Favio for the poor landscape design (stating that Favio did not select the correct sod, plants, Favio did not select the proper location on the property for the sod, plants--i.e. shade, sun) and Favio blamed his installer for not providing me with quality grass and plants. I have contacted both Favio and his colleague, the supplier/installer, Noel from Sunset Gardens Green, numerous times. They just point the finger at each other. Neither has taken responsibility, offered to replace the dead/infected plants or to reimburse me. Very sad that neither of these gentlemen practice their businesses with integrity and honesty. I only asked that I get quality products from them. Unfortunately, I have lost money and I am left with dead grass and plants. I only write this review because I do not want others to be in the same difficult situation. (Sidenote: Favio has the audacity to display the photos of my house project on his Houzz site to promote himself)
