I was treated very badly by a saleswoman in Gucci Zurich. A year ago I ordered a belt and never heard back from them (but paid in the meantime). Finally two weeks ago someone contacted me from the shop and I said that I don't want something I ordered a year ago, and would use the money to buy something else. The lady on the phone was quite friendly and said to come to the shop. When I went, though, a saleswoman told me that I HAD to take the belt because "it's paid anyway", "it's one year old", and "it has nothing to do with Gucci Zurich, because it was ordered online". She wasn't even smiling by saying that, rather treating me like a teacher would treat a bad pupil. She also scolded me for not enquiring about the belt before. When I asked her what was the point in making a customer unhappy, she basically answered she didn't care. I hope other sales people are very different from this one. read more
