All products that run under the Townhouse label are designed and/or produced in Zurich and surroundings, and the store owners frequently work with local artists. The range is complemented by handpicked items from international brands that you won't find anywhere else in Zurich like Heeley Eau de Parfum, Archie Grand or Jewelberry. There are lots of lovely and hard-to-find items here. Another thing I love about Townhouse is that they are always incredibly welcoming and helpful, no matter if you just want to browse or how much or how little you end up buying; this is no small feat in Zurich, where shop owners/assistants are often a little grumpy or not very welcoming.

My hotel (Hotel St. Gottard) also said this was the place to go for Rolex. I went in and was taken care of by one of the female staff members. She was very helpful and made the process painless considering the price tag. I left the shop with my watch and I really enjoyed the experience. The place is easy to find, clean and they make you feel special.
