Gucci Outlet is a dream come true - there are only 5 Gucci outlets in US and this one is right in our back yard in Dawsonville, Ga! Of all places at the North Georgia Outlets. Upon entering you will meet security guard(s) and a minimal environment with no real Gucci advertising inside or out. The walls are bare and white and the employees are dressed all in black - but upscale. There is a vip rope off outside, but we came in on Saturday in January and there was no lines. At first I felt the eyes but immediatly was greeted and helped out. My husband was looking at wallets and shoes and I was looking bags - OF COURSE!! The associate helped us with all our asked and was very knowledgeable of the products. She mentioned in shoes that size ran very big and she was spot on! As for bags there were only about 20-30 to chose from and prices ran from $800 - $3000k+. There was also scarves, belts and some clothes to chose from as well. Employees were very nice and they even offered us water! I will say, I don't know if they will treat you differently if you are just "kicking tires" or actually purchasing. read more

Sales people largely very friendly. Made 2 stops here yesterday and they remembered us, but probably because of our pup. The prices are good, like 25-40% off retail I think but everything is a season or 10 old. You won't be finding anything on the Gucci website from this outlet. I did search some of the bags I liked and for example the black leather bamboo handle crossbody was usually around $2500 and it was $1800ish here. The regular small Ophidia bag is on the Gucci site for about $1800 and this blooms version was $1400ish at the outlet. During my last visit to Atlanta, I went to the North Georgia Premium Outlet and visited the Gucci Outlet. The store was very warm and inviting and loaded with goodies! Associates were attentive without being overbearing. In particular, Leena is absolutely amazing and her customer service is outstanding. She made my experience there spectacular! I purchased amazing items and Leena was able to find a particular item I was searching for at another location and had it shipped to me. Unfortunately, there is no Gucci outlet close to where I live, but Leena brought the store to me via FaceTime and shipped the items to me. Awesome deals! So I have been shopping at this location for years! Was friends with the manager who left right after COVID and no longer had a personal connection with an associate until.....LEENA!!! OMG, I always purchase when I do make it in person but now I have a go to person!! She's awesome and so attentive. I visited the Gucci outlet at North Georgia premium outlets on Saturday , what an experience ... They had a very nice selection of shoes and handbags, but the absolute best was the sales person Leena She was Outstanding, I purchased 4 pairs of shoes and she was so helpful with getting me the correct sizes and when she rang up the purchase I asked for her personal number and she gave it to me with no problem and that happened to be very helpful because the very next day I had decided that I wanted 1 more pair of shoes and I texted her the size and style and she immediately took care of that for me and sent me a picture of the package with a tracking number.... They treat everyone like they are going to steal something. Waiting in line is also a joke. The one time when it was not busy up there, the door person wouldn't let me in because it was storming out a little. Didn't understand the logic so took my Amex elsewhere. Every customer of this store needs to understand 2 things. First, buyer beware. All sales are final, there are no refunds. You receive notice of this after you purchase on your receipt. There are no signs like 'All sales final'. Second, it is not truly an outlet store. I bought a purse at retail price, the same as I would pay in Buckhead, except buying it in Buckhead I could have returned it when my wife didn't like it. It's Monday December 21 at 10 am. Masks are required and they are taking temps. No wait cuz we got here at 10. Bought a pair of Gucci loafers. Asked for a 12.5. My son wears from a 12-13. The sales associate says they run big and has a 12.5. Ok I buy them. Go home and start to wrap them but noticed the box says 11.5. So I try to call but their phone vm is full and they don't answer. I try 4 times. So I have to drive back to the mall and is greeted by a line out the door and 1/2 way to Tommy Hilfiger. Wait an hour and the same sales person tells me that they are the 12.5. 11.5 Italian is 12.5 us. She did not say that specifically. So I leave and go home but before I wrap I check against my sons shoes at home. Too small no way can these fit him. Ok it's 3pm same day and drive back to the mail. The line is twice as long as earlier. 2.5 hours later beacuse they are letting 2 people at a time. There are 4 sales people and 4 people in the store? Really?!?! The Prada store turned their line 4 times by the tome I go back in. It is now 5:30 and they tell me they don't return only exchange. I say your sales person never said they were not returnable, and she said these would fit us 12-13. I tell her I'm going to leave the shoes in the store and stop payment from my credit card company. She tells me that I'm on camera and show I bought them. I tell her I want to talk to the manager. He comes out snd I explain I can leave them there and will stop payment or you give me a credit on my credit card. He finally complied. I have bought many things at this store but the staff and lack of customer service and their arrogance is a reason I won't be back. Absolute worst experience ever! I have a medical condition that will not allow me to wear a mask! This store is the only store that gave me an issue! Reporting to corporate! They probably should have stayed closed. The stores handling of entrance is horrible. They're letting 3 or so customers in at a time and allowing customers to walk around, take pictures of merchandise, and talk all while there's a very long line outside. Persuading customers to make purchases and move on should be the goal when you have a long line of complaining customers. Oh! And the customer service is horrible. read more

After requesting for help after being in the store for about 10 minutes and wondering why it was only one sales person on the floor. Jordan slowly crept out from the back with low energy like he didn't want to be there. He had terrible energy, he was not very helpful and had overall bad customer service. I was very surprised that the store would hire someone with such bad people skills, especially for a retail position. The security was really weird too. When Jordan opened the case for me look at wallets, he came by with a clipboard pretending to count scarves. That was the first time the security guard left the front of the store and the last time he left while I was in the store. After Jordan put the wallets back in the case another associate opened the case to count the wallets like I had stole one. It was just very weird vibes in the store overall. I am an African-American female and 31 years old. Most of the staff was African-American as well but I felt that they were being extremely and blatantly racist. Several different races came into the store while I was in there shopping. Me and another African-American lady were the only two people to make a purchase in the time I spent in the store. I ended up purchasing a chain on wallet and some shoes despite feeling very uncomfortable because I drove an hour to shop at this specific store. My hope is that everyone in the store reads this review and do a better job next time because my boyfriend and I shop there regularly. read more
