When they pick up the container form you, they pick up additional items and when it goes to the scales it shows overweight and you foot the charge. They get a credit card from you and you must agree that they can charge your card for overweight that when they get you. There is no way you can prove otherwise unless you follow the truck back to the weigh in station. If you deal with these people you are going to get scammed.
