Starting with the friendliest and most astute phone representatives I've experienced. They were so polite and accurate, assuring me throughout the entire process that i was in good hands. I felt the value of this. Erika, Akira & Cheniya will absolutely blow you away. Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. I cannot stress enough the tremendous value this company brings to me and my family as a homeowner in Florida. Thank you Expedited Heat and Air, from the bottom of my heart!

I have used this company a couple times with positive results when my air conditioner won't cool…read morethe house to the set temperature. When the tech showed up i explained the situation. He immediately started telling me that he won't try and sell me a new unit, but will try to sell me something (monthly plan) later. As he opened my a/c he began rambling about the components of the fan and other weird things that wasn't getting us closer to a diagnosis. Then his phone died. I brought out a charger. He then tells me he doesn't do a/c repairs but does installation. After a half hour of this, I kept asking what he was going to do. He kept telling me I had to tell him what to do. I responded that I am not the tech. Once the phone was charged he called his supervisor. They were on the phone for a while. The tech then has me listen in on the call but without speakerphone but brought the phone ear to ear. The person on the other end of the phone was saying that when it's hot outside the a/c won't cool accurately? That's nonsense. The tech then sits on the floor of the garage to scroll through things he might do and what it would cost. This took another half hour with us out in 90degree heat. He then calls someone else to complain that he wasn't trained on billing and using whatever app he was using. At this point I was getting frustrated. He shows me a cost to pull everything out of the unit To clean at a cost of around $400. I asked if that would fix it and he again said I had to tell him what to do. At this point I lost faith that this guy could fix anything and asked for the bill and call it quits. He then disappeared. I think he wandered off behind the house somewhere. I couldn't find him. I took all his stuff out of the garage to try and get him out as fast as possible. He kept rambling under his breath. I couldn't tell if he was talking to me or himself. It turned out he was talking to me. This person was so weird I just wanted him to go. I wasn't going to complain until he said something aggressive to me as I was paying. I waited for him to leave as he sat in the truck for 15 more minutes. I called the company and explained what had happened. My wife got a call asking how the service was. She asked the person to call me. We never heard back. I paid $70 for the weirdest two hour encounter I have ever had. He arrived at 10 and didn't leave until 12pm. Two hours wasted and my a/c is still not functioning as it should.

They speak English and Spanish they took about 5 hours for a two story house it cost about $1,200 for the deep cleaning they did. They went into every vent in the house and vacuumed it even the dryer vent. I've never been able to see into my vents till now lol. They also changed the vent filters, they said after this they can some every 6 months for maintenance which would just cost I think 300-600 depending on the work load. I do recommend tapping things over because your house will be filled with dust after.... Like a lot lol so be prepared to clean up after because obviously there's gonna be dust all over. I would recommend getting this done on a day you have nothing to do and in the morning so you have the rest of the day to clean! The control panel needed replacement. The thermostat needed to be replaced. The most recent call was for the system not cooling and we received an error code on the thermostat saying the system was down and to call for service. The service person came and inspected the system and stated the drain was clogged. They charged me a $169 service fee! When I questioned why, after several service people have been to my home, they did not realize that the line was clogging. The most recent time they were here was about 10 days ago! I have to say the service tech did call office to try to get the charges waved; however, whoever (he wouldn't tell me who) he spoke to refused. My husband and I entertain in our home often and have family overnight at times. These problems happen so often that there is absolutely no reliability that our home will be cooled or heated consistently. You would think Springer Brothers would do whatever they needed to do to ensure customer satisfaction. I paid them in good faith for this system, and they are not acting in good faith.
