I felt the value of this. Erika, Akira & Cheniya will absolutely blow you away. Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. My parents actually gave them a call to clean out our ducts cause it's been literally 20 years…read more It's just a couple, they were so so so nice! They speak English and Spanish they took about 5 hours for a two story house it cost about $1,200 for the deep cleaning they did. They went into every vent in the house and vacuumed it even the dryer vent. I've never been able to see into my vents till now lol. They also changed the vent filters, they said after this they can some every 6 months for maintenance which would just cost I think 300-600 depending on the work load. I do recommend tapping things over because your house will be filled with dust after.... Like a lot lol so be prepared to clean up after because obviously there's gonna be dust all over. I would recommend getting this done on a day you have nothing to do and in the morning so you have the rest of the day to clean! Over all we will be calling them for the maintenance we think it's a great price and they really were sooo kind and nice!

Fair pricing (I got six quotes, many on lesser brand AC Units, and they were about tied for the best, with a higher SEER unit. Cleaned up when they left. They even showed up with enough staff for the job, one inside one out, and two others came by when they were almost done to simply check things. Easy and fast comms as well. It was determined that we could limp along our 15 years unit, but that soon we would have to replace our unit. We previously used Hinds when we replaced the AC 15 years ago and were extremely happy with the service then and over the years for annual maintenance and when service has been required. Hinds quoted us the option to fix the unit and various options to replace the full unit. After speaking with the owner, we decided upon one of the options that best suited our needs. The owner did not try to push any certain option and truly promoted the option that was best and most economical for us. Not only that, they were able to get the machine in and install it in just two days! This is the same great experience we had 15 years ago! Happy to say we now have cold air pumping in our home! All technicians were professional and efficient. This business has consistently been excellent for us for 15 years and we highly recommend Hinds Heating and Cooling.
