Which means, the credibility of care from my previous review was solely based on the employees that I knew worked here. I would definitely give this company a chance. A good Hospice company for your loved one is Uber important. Although, I know Tammy the last RN and Rob, the last MSW personally and their work ethic and heart. I'm sure there are many, many great people like that in the world, but without those two people there, it nullifies my previous 5 star rating.

My neurologist and I are very happy with the success I am having and look forward to the next six weeks. This is a new beautiful department of Carrus and every week I notice new equipment added to the gym. Choosing this facility was the best thing I could have ever done for myself! When she doesn't show up, they're not bathed or dressed. They like this health care worker...when she's there, but neither she nor Guardian calls to let them know she will not be coming. No replacement ever comes! I come to my parents home at least five days a week, but I have mental health issues, and my time coming fluctuates. I would think twice before hiring this company to care for your love ones.

We are so upset with the service we received from ABC Hospice. We used their Hospice and Home…read moreHealth "Sitter" service. The failures are too numerous to list. In a nutshell they left our cancer ridden Father in excruciating pain for 3 days while they made excuses ("we can't control how soon Fedex can get here." etc.) It was inexcusable! Their was no communication between the two services or hands on staff (nurses, sitter, etc.) They were in contract with us from Thursday evening until Sunday afternoon and they failed our Father (and us) every step of the way. We had a meeting on Sunday afternoon to discuss our issues. It wasn't until 30 minutes in when they stopped being defensive, giving excuses and said "I'm sorry." Shortly after the meeting the meds finally arrived. They were administered...and our Father died within 30 minutes after. (thankfully pain free during that time.) ABC fail us but more importantly they failed our Father.
