We used them once for a refi, and this time for a purchase. As most people in our closing process bumbled through various errors, Harry and Elm Tree was always on time on their end, and for once the numbers ended up working in our favor. Our experience with the Ammar Team couldn't have been better!…read more Our parameters were narrow; we had a very specific investment/live-in goal in mind and they went out of their way to make our dream a reality. Joslyn was our main contact and she took a step by step approach once we were ready to make a deal. She ensured we understood the entire process and took the initiative to break down terms ahead of our questions. This process was easier because the Ammar team is well connected. They have great financial and legal resources which are critical for a smooth real estate transaction. Joslyn is an above-and-beyond kind of person. Her authenticity in helping us through this process never seemed forced and she was always there via text or email which was best for us. In fact, one of her preferred mortgage brokers that we opted to do business with was exceptionally responsive as well. We all ran through multiple scenarios, multiple times and once we landed on the right fit for us, the closing process was smooth sailing. It's also notable that this team held our goals like their own and Joslyn is a terrific negotiator. She made this happen for us and we're so grateful! We will be referring friends and family to the Ammar team often!
