They illegally went to my Grandma's House and had her sign paperwork she did not understand without anybody else in our families permission. She is 89. This bank locked her account up and now we can't pay her rent or bills. They stopped her rent check and cards from working so the last two months we had to figure out other ways to take care of my Grandma causing lots of major problems. They also won't show us what she signed unless we get a lawyer involved. Plus it's old school so you can't get anybody on the phone past 5pm M-F or make deposits out of that time frame. They are not open at all on weekends. You literally can't get people on the phone to give you answers. Other major banks you can speak to someone 24 hours per day. Do not trust them. Go to a bigger and more legit bank that treats customer properly and is more honest.
