The "Commercial Lines Support" aka receptionist, Emma Choat, was by far the worst customer service I've had in any company at this level. The list of unprofessionalism is long. After 4 days of waiting for a quote, I finally said forget it before I lost my opportunity to put in an offer on a house that had multiple offers waiting. I called my own insurance agent and got a new quote in 5 minutes over the phone. If I had this much trouble with some one just trying to get a modified quote on existing insurance, I can't imagine what dealing with them after a storm would be.

The man who worked for this company called us and tried to tell my husband the customer was wrong and would not listen to the truth. So sad indeed. No responses from them when we needed them. They even lied. They made it unclear what they needed or wanted. They proved they did not care.
