These are the nicest people ever! They provided us with descriptions of all the trails and what we'd see there, and pins for our maps online, so we knew the best places to go for what we wanted to see and do. They were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had via text, and went above and beyond. False price advertising on company website found via Google directly. Unwilling to honor price listed on their company website, we were advised that price change communication has happened via social media channels. Unfortunately for them, social media is not how we found their business. Can't say it isn't a great experience in their vehicles but their business ethics are questionable. We were also provided a pricing list via a text message listed as "Summer 2024 Pricing". It is spring 2025. Company also boasts they are the only UTV rentals to offer off roading in the state, which is a blatant lie as we found not only a fairer priced rental UTV, but they as well offer an off roading experience. read more

We did not receive our stops until about 2 hours before we got our ATV. The ATV's windshield was horribly scratched up and not usable. The transmission was skipping. We returned the vehicle less than 2 hours after renting it, but paid for 4 hours. We contacted the owners after returning the vehicle and notified them of the problems. This was back in mid November. They have not responded to us. Do not recommend using them. read more

We rented 3 atv and had a great time. Michelle answer all my questions before I did the reservation. We also received a list of places to visit which was very helpful since we didn't know the area. That day was raining and it made our experience better since the trails got wet and muddy. In some cases the rain was really hard and we got wet and cold but we still had a great time. We visited different places in the area, which I thought it was a plus too. The scenario was gorgeous. Great experience and great service. read more

This is the place to go in Bryson City area to rent a UTV. The owners Robbie and Michelle are amazing and so down to earth. We did a half day 2 seater rental and it was an amazing experience. I have to say the owners made it much easier by providing us with some great trail recommendations nearby. read more

If this sounds like a fun adventure, it may be. However, in my opinion, NOT with this company. I read reviews myself, so I know they matter. My husband and I booked with this group a few weeks before coming into town for our vacation. During that time and the day before, and of, our adventure was to begin, Michelle had been consistently in text messages with us about the trip/pinpoints. Upon arrival, we found out they were out of town on vacation. I explained confusion with the "stand in" (also a person who I read also left a positive review) the pinpoints and GPS were confusing, however was assured once on the hwy, it would "make sense." The GPS kept us on the main hwy and not trails. I explained this more than once to the "stand in" on the phone, calling in more than once and even returning for assistance. Once he guided us toward the 1st pinpoint, we hoped the next one would lead to "off roading." After much confusion, and another call to "stand in", we finally made it to the next pinpoint which was the start of the "off road" points, however LOST GPS signal. Let me add light rain (which was supposed to stop) that now began as heavy rain, made riding on the main hwy very dangerous on top of going on from the second pinpoint with NO GPS SIGNAL. We had no choice but to turn, go back, and end the adventure (approx 1hr total time spent). I did not want or need to be lost in the woods. We called the "stand in" once we had a signal back for our phone, stated the issue and that we were filling the machine back up with fuel and coming back. We were advised by the "stand in" that he was not at the business and would not be back for a while. We should park the machine at the business, leave the key in it, and he would be in touch with Robbie and Michelle about our adventure/lack of. Many, many, many, many, many, phone calls, voicemails, text messages, emails, later, we have been given a run around that NO ONE knew about our misfortunate moment. "Stand in" assured us, he had spoken with the owners including he let us know when they were back in town from their vacation. This all began on 9/17/24 and is STILL not resolved due to NO ONE accepting or taking time to speak with us about the issue! Instead, here is what has happened within and over a month later.... "Stand in" says he told owners. Michelle stated she knew nothing (stated to me on phone things that "could've have" been done, however we waited for that notification while in town and heard nothing) and now, she had to talk to Robbie. Robbie states he knew nothing, not even from Michelle, and had to reach "stand in" for details. Robbie later stating he spoke with "stand in" and would get back with us to please "bear with him as he is busy" as of 10/22/24!!!! REALLY, we have tried and tried to have a conversation for over a month now with him!!! The day the adventure went bad, the owners, who had been so interactive, suddenly went totally ghost on us and still have not even given us a decent call to discuss this. Such a poor business for communication with not only the customers, but within their own establishment with each other. They show ZERO, ZERO, concern for us as the customer. Evidently if they are away and have a "stand in" they DO NOT communicate with them, even though said "stand in" states he DID in fact contact them as soon as that day in September when this occurred. WOW!!! Each person is laying blame to the other for poor communication. A decent phone call with a decent and meaningful conversation would've gone such a long way here to show consideration/appreciation for the expense we spent plus filling the machine with fuel for our 1hr (should've been a 4hr) adventure on 98.9% main hwy (should've been off road) a windshield we couldn't see out of due to heavy rain, and NO GPS SIGNAL to guide us. This is the reason for a one-star rating, it wouldn't let me post without at least one highlighted. Terrible experience!!! read more

My husnand and I rented UTV through GTR and we could not be happier with this company. Michelle was so friendly, so thorough and just all around a great person to do business with during our vacation. It was a cold and wet day on the day we booked but she made sure we stayed warm with heated blankets. She gave us the best advice and recommendations and the layout of where to visit to see breathtaking views was incredible. We had the best time and will definitely be renting from this company again in the future. read more
