I contacted UPS to find out about my delivery, giving UPS my order and tracking number. UPS told me a different address than my address. I contacted Swiftronics USA to let them know. Swiftronics finally changed the delivery address to my address but wanted me to pay for the change. I said NO. UPS finally got my correct address, and the OnePlus 15 phone was finally delivered today, 08/26/2026. Order#U9902. OnePlus Watch 4. After I let Swiftronics USA know that I finally received the OnePlus 15 phone, the President (Franklin Fala) of Swiftronics USA CANCELLED my already paid for OnePlus Watch 4 because I let Swiftronics USA know how badly I was treated and how they should treat their customers better. It is clear that the President (Franklin Fala) and Swiftronics USA is prejudice against anyone that complains or lets the company know how badly the customer was treated. Instead of taking the criticism and using it to better their company, Franklin Fala would rather CANCEL all orders of customers that complain about their rude and unprofessional service. That truly says a lot about this company. I have CC'ed my US Attorney, in the event that Franklin Fala chooses to keep my hard-earned money from the OnePlus Watch 4 plus the $50 credit I was supposed to receive for their error with the delivery address. That is considered Mental Stress and Pain and Suffering. In the end, anyone who is Canadian or American should NOT buy anything from this company. Their president and staff are rude and unprofessional. When they make mistakes, they want you to pay to correct those mistakes. When you complain or give them negative feedback, they just want to cancel your entire order hoping you will go away. I am a US Marine Veteran. I have fought all of my adult life protecting those who cannot Stand up for themselves. I have read numerous bad reviews from other customers about this company and have come to the conclusion that Franklin Fala is a bully and does NOT know how to run a company. Again. BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Read all of the reviews from Google, Yelp, RipOffReports, TrustPilot, etc. and make your own decision.

I would not recommend Swiftronics based on my experience…read more The problems started before I even visited the store. The website showed two different prices for the same phone, and the live chat on the website was not working, so there was no way to get clarification online. I called the store instead. During the call, I was given conflicting information about availability. First I was told they did not have the phone, then I was told they did. I also specifically asked about the condition of the phone and was told that it looked brand new. After making the trip to the store, I was shown a phone with visible scratches, wear marks, and clear signs of previous use. It also did not come with the original box. This was not what I would consider an open-box device, and it certainly did not match the "looks brand new" description I was given over the phone. The most frustrating part was the lack of accurate information at every step: conflicting prices on the website, a non-working chat system, confusion about stock availability, and a misleading description of the phone's condition. I wasted my time traveling to the store because I trusted the information provided by the company. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a transparent and reliable buying experience.

I walked into to inquire in wireless wave to inquire about buying a phone at full price (that's what my provider told because of contract) the guy at the store managed to find me an upgrade and gave me store credit to trade in my old phone. I ended up paying a fraction of the full price. I would refer friends to them

I was always reluctant to buy a smartphone in the past and I was intimidated by it. I was impressed with Megdi's knowledge and he gave me the confidence that I would be able to use this phone after I walked out of the store. He gave me enough instruction at the store to be able to use the phone. Today I freaked out when I couldn't access my Hotmail account. The saleperson who helped me before is no longer there, but when I called the store, Roxanne figured out the problem and walked me through the steps patiently and clearly. She didnt give me any attitude, just wanted to help solve the problem, which was very refreshing from any salesperson. She got me back on track, which I am so grateful for. I would return to this place to buy a phone in future and I would recommend Roxanne as the salesperson.

I brought it in and they said they have to send it in to see if it still can be fixed or if they will give me a new one. They filled out a form and gave me a really old backberry for the time beeing. I called a week later to see if my phone came back or if I will get a new one. They told me it will take between 4 to 6 weeks. I asked why so long. They said that they had to send it to Vancouver and that there is a really long line to fix phones (does it take weeks to mail to Vancouver?? HOw many phones do they have to fix and how long does it take one person???) Now I'm waiting already over 6 weeks and I still don't get a answer out of them, if they can fix my phone or if they will get a new one. In the mean time I'm left with that old Blackberry that can do only half of the apps I had before and I even couldn't load up my contacts on it then it is a so old system on it. So don't buy an extensive guaranty from this company it wont help you!
