I came into Cori's office crying - more than once - during the initial process, and the first counselling session. She treated me like I was family. Then when my husband picked up the taxes, from a secretary or assistant, we were told we only owed a couple hundred over the $4000 already paid. To our dismay, nothing was said about the over $2500 also owed. We got a real nice surprise in the mail wanting over $3000 more. We tried to reach out for over a week with no luck. We received "Notice to Seize Property" letters. All she said was, "if you would have gone through your return you would have seen it." Then she blamed the worker. Took no reponsibility for her actions. We are ALWAYS told what we owe when we pick up the taxes. I dont understand them, thats why I paid someone. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!
